Redland Education Centre is an exciting and dynamic new project set up by members of the church who work in education, and in particular, religious education. REC provides a useful resource for local schools, helping them to fulfil part of the locally agreed syllabus for religious education. We provide a well-equipped visitor centre for pupils to explore including:
a) The church building – this has been described as one of the finest Georgian buildings in the city of Bristol. Pupils can look around this fascinating church, learning from its different features some of the core elements of the Christian faith;
b) Church halls – these are well-equipped, modern rooms, situated opposite the church. This is where we provide multi-sensory, hands-on workshops on a range of RE topics. The halls provide good disabled access, toilets and refreshment facilities.
